So recently I got bored of the characters that I have so I wanted to buy a new one and Blight seems pretty fun but I just want to know if it is good for controller. And if you play Blight pls let some tips down below, I would appreciate it

Personally have struggled hard with him on console.

    Pretty far from, unfortunately.

Blight is on the short list of killers who really need a mouse to get max value, imo. I play primarily on console and won't touch him on that platform.

He’s tough, like the Cenobite his power becomes a lot easier to use with +turn rate add-ons but those aren’t optimal, although they’re fun!

I would not say he is at his best on Console.

You will not get the most out of him using a controller. The sensitivity and controller options are simply too crude to fully support his capabilities.

Definitely has max potential on mouse and keyboard, but it’s possible. Go watch Lilith omen on YouTube. He does blight tutorials on m&k AND controller for console players. He’s a very very good blight.

It will be a little rough to get into, but he is certainly viable on controller if you're good enough

He's really tough to master and even then he's still a bit draining to play without the best add ons.

But still, my honeymoon period with him lasted quite a while and it was the most fun I've had in dbd. Currently we're taking a little space but the guy is still my main, through thick and thin.

On pc I do a lot of my turns using q and e (effectively high controller sensitivity) as long as you pre-flick you can do just as well as most pc players, unfortunately some of the snappier movement will be unavailable to you but you can always make do without it with good positioning

blights hit has 90 degrees of mobility with no pre flick meaning you can hit within an 180 degree cone, once you master that you can also use the 90 degrees pre flick before you start an attack and stack the effects to get close to 180 degrees of attack mobility over the course of the attack, to not instantly bump on some objects make sure to look down a bit before preflicking but this is all mostly after you master the 90 degree basics

Short no. Long kinda. All depends on your level of play. He is playable but only if sensitive is high. The problem is you can't really flick. And with out that you will never be able to really get all his value. You can still play him I do. I would suggest just for perks but not really a new main material

He's certainly not at his best on controller, but he's still probably better than most of the cast.

I mean you won't get to the level of master blights who play around with collisions and flicks. But his mobility is great, and on some more normal/universal loops it's not hard to use your power to get hits/downs.

So yknow. Not as crazy and annoying as blight is portraid, but closer to how bhvr probably imagined playing as and against him would be (mad copium, but oh well)

He's not the worst on controller. I'm able to do well with him on a consistent basis in-game with his kit. For not being as smooth as PC he is still overall more than manageable. If you can play Oni on controller then you can play Blight.

Yes, he is good for controller. You can't do the cheesy flicks 🙄, but you can still get it going.

Everything blight can do on pc he can do on controller. Though it is a little rougher with a controller. Even though I don't use q and e I have them bound and you can 100% flick with blight. You just have to turn your sense up to max due to the nature of a controller.

He is more playable on controller than other mechanically demanding killers.

You can do good, but its still not MnK
