New Survivor Perk: Trick Hook: Surprise!
You have found a way to circumvent some rules of the Trial.
For each time a Survivor is hooked this Trial, gain a Token.
At 1 Token, this Perk Activates.
At 3 Tokens, gain a 15% speed to Sabotage.
At 5 Tokens, the killer is Blinded for 5 seconds when a Trick Hook breaks, and a stream of confetti is released in the Killer's face.
When used, this Perk consumes all Tokens and any Hook you sabotage becomes a Trick Hook for 10 seconds per token. The Killer receives no notification from you Sabotaging hooks in this manner.
Survivors that are hooked on Trick Hooks do not gain a Hook State, and instead, are dropped from the Hook, breaking the hook in the process.
The Survivor gains a 10 second Endurance and Haste effect as if rescued from the Hook.
Once a Trick Hook has been used, it returns to being a standard hook after it resets.

kind of interesting but I think 4 is probably too many, maybe the different versions of the perk should effect the length of the stun instead
and these hooks should probably turn back into normal hooks when they are consumed

No.
You at least gotta give Killers a way to distinguish Trick Hooks from real Hooks, with your suggestion there is literally no counterplay to it. You just created a gamble for the Killer with no reward for succeeding, but a hefty punishment for failing at.
Not to mention that the effect of letting the Survivor wiggle free immediately is way too strong - and a 10 second blind is a terrible idea from a gameplay perspective. Especially when considering you want this up to 4 times in a single match.
I don't dislike the general idea of a new mechanic like this, but it certainly needs some work. You could, for example, tie it to sabotaging.

This is insanely overpowered and horribly unhealthy design.

You just took my idea
