Blocking for no reason

Having spent 1500 hours in the game, I have never insulted the players, and even more so, as they say on the occasion "hard". After a break from the game for one month, I go into the dbd and see that a lock has arrived for me. Very disappointing. The most annoying thing is that there are no reasons as such. I don’t even know what to do in case of refusal to revoke the blocking. I really hope that it will be removed, because I want to return to the game and continue to play and progress, because this is my main game.
