Wesker is actually nuts
He feels so powerful and is so fun. Even his basekit is strong. It is so satisfying to catch a survivor, or yeet them into oblivion. And this is just day 2 for me. I love this killer.

killers with versatile powers tend to be the better killers, e.g. huntress, blight, nurse, hag. wesker is not an exception; he can use the power for both mobility and chase, and it's pretty good in both aspects. not to mention the infection giving passive slowdown and killer instinct as well. he's pretty loaded indeed

I’m sick of the sight of him, just as I’m sick of the RPD maps. 😂 his voice also makes me cringe and gives me the ick.

I really enjoy playing Wesker. There's something viscerally satisfying about the yeet. His power is a straight shot of serotonin when it lands and I'll never get tired of "Poor performance indeed" after a survivor fuckup.
He's fun to verse too, though the TR builds are getting pretty stale.

Since they buffed his Hit Detection he is very annoying to go against. Killers really got used to truck-sized Hitboxes with Killers like Demo or Twins, now Trickster is the same after enough complaining.
You can see him run past you and you get grabbed.

I really don't get why people are saying he is map dependant, he is covered for basically any map. The only ones I have been struggling on are the one that are brutally huge like red forrest but that is pretty much the same for every other killer.

Did you play him before the buff? You would literally go right through survivors. The fat hitboxes exist to prevent these situations where there's a visual connection but nothing happens - when it looks stupidly generous from the survivor end, that's usually latency in play.
He's much fairer than his PTB iteration. I've got no issues with the hitbox size at present.

Ormond and Yamaoka come to mind. He can't play around the rock loops at all.
Also, those maps are fairly large.

Wesker and let's say... Blight have same tactic against them. In which Blight is very map dependant.

I just don't see why you would play him over Blight. They both play very similarly in that you rush at survivors; but you can put Adrenaline Vial on Blight and have 7 rushes instead of just 2. And they will recharge faster, AND you can slap compound 33 on top of it all, AND Blight can get across the entire map in a single rush chain that recharges in 5 seconds whereas wesker's mobility is just above average.

I dont see how he is nuts.
His power is useless in long loops.
His passive infection is kinda a joke.
Cooldowns are punishing along with forcing you to wait out your 2nd dash instead of just letting go of the button and immediately ending it.
Honestly dont see how he is A tier.

Trickster still has a tiny hurtbox for his knives i’m pretty sure, Huntress’s hurtbox was changed but it was reverted cause it couldn’t hit vaulting survivors, and Demo idk why its like that but he is a good boy so its balanced out

While I don't agree with Aven_Fallen, that's sort of their point.
No matter what, someone feels like they're getting cheated. If it looks normal for the Killer, the Survivor feels like it shouldn't have hit. If it looks normal for the Survivor, the Killer feels like it should've hit. And both of them are right.

I feel like that's inevitable though. It's been like this with other things, like killers getting hits despite finishing a fast vault. I don't think it should be in the game, but what's the solution? I don't think reducing the m1 hitbox or Wesker's grab range is the solution.

I havent tbh. But I have seen Streamers missing Hits which looked like they should have hit. I only played Wesker on the PTB (two games) and after the Buff.
And yeah, something needed to be done. But it does not feel good currently. Could also be the fact that you go against 500 Weskers in a row.

Yep, he’s my main right now. Feels too good to be true, I expect a nerf soon.
