Fun Dredge Build I wanted to recommend.
So for perks I'm running
Hex: The Third Seal
Claustrophobia
Dissolution
Grim Embrace
For Add-ons I have
Sacrificial Knife
Field Recorder
So what you are doing, is restricting as much information as possible, and the #1 way you are doing that is by Hex: The Third Seal.
Now, I know the idea of placing a blindness debuff is questionable, but I present you with this information.
While Darkness Falls is active, they cannot make much information from the stimulus being given to them. They can't see to far ahead, they can't see each other behind walls, and they can't see where you are or where you are coming from.
Add Blindness to that, and they don't see where slugged Survivors are, they don't see where hooked Survivors are, and they aren't benefiting from any aura reading perks they may have, which include, Bond. Empathy. Empathic Connection, Wiretap, Kindred, Windows of Opportunity, Saboteur, Situational Awareness, etc. There is a vast array of aura reading mechanics survivors builds DEPEND on. Getting rid of that Hex totem of yours, believe it or not, is gonna become a pretty important thing for them to take care of.
The second most important part of your information denial is your power, which thankfully they cannot get rid of.
So that leads to your add-ons. We are gonna take add-ons that help our cause. Taking away their information, most notably Windows of Opportunity, we are gonna add in some anti-loop measures. The ability to block vault locations around your locker exits is gonna come in handy. The ability to block vault locations to completed generators is gonna come in handy. (So in this case, since we don't have any indication a generator is gonna complete, you can sometimes run survivors into the claustrophobia area, and they don't even know the problem they have till they are in it.)
We are gonna try and capitalize upon their panic with dissolution, so allow some pallets to linger so that they will be tricked into trying them. (Honestly, this is mostly thematic and if you wanted to swap it for something better I wouldn't blame you)
and finally, your gen slowdown perk. Grim Embrace.
With Grim Embrace, you are going to have to play around Grim Embrace. That means, the fourth person you hook, CANNOT be the obsession. That means they need to be the first, second or third. They cannot be the fourth, otherwise you will not be able to capitalize upon this perk. Best practice would be, first the obsession, hook the obsession, then hook each other person twice, and then when you hook the fourth person, you are going to immediately home-in on the obsession and go for death hook. If you manage this correctly, that means you get a 1st hook, immediately followed by a death hook, which means there is hopefully 1 person hooked, and 2 people left to unhook. Best case scenario. You probably won't get that, so just make sure that the fourth person you hook isn't the obsession.
And that's basically it. We are trying to capitalize upon removing as much information from the Survivors as we can, for as long as we can, and then once we've been able to land all 4 hooks, we home-in on the aura-revealing obsession, hook them and now they have no other options but to go for unhooks. It's just the slowdown you need if you have managed to keep pressure up enough early game with the information denial.

I updated this. Claustrophobia, while fun, and Dissolution, while thematic, just weren't working that well. I replaced them with Hex: Retribution, and Hex: Undying and had a lot of success with it.

Would it be worth considering a swap of Undying to Plaything? If they get Retribution early, you still get the one use, but for every first hook you get an increases chance for additional Retribution procs. Though there is the trade off that you can't get all 4 Survivors Playthinged and higher risk of losing Third Seal.

Hmmm, might not be a bad idea, just for the increased slowdown and placement of totems.
