DS, BT, Prove Thyself, Deliverance. I heard its a good (well, used to be) road to rank 1 build. its fun but I need to know if its good.

    I guess it's alright. Would probably get boring after a couple of games though and there's no synergy outside of Deliverance and DS.

    Not bad at all, though I think you could safely replace DS with OTR, or even something else entirely. Anti-tunnel is still very useful, but not quite as necessary and DS isn't really the best tool for it anymore either.

    If you're solo queue, you also might want to consider Kindred, since the information it gives is extremely valuable.
