STOP USING THE STATS AS A WAY TO JUSTIFY YOUR ARGUMENT OF BALANCE
Title.
Seriously I have no idea how many times we have to go through this, the stats do not show balance.
These stats are no different to nurse having the lowest kill rates or even maps like cowshed being the most balance.
There are so many things that affect these numbers from mmr bracket, killers played, tome challenges etc. Alot of players also had to adjust with the new changes, things like DH etc. Which helped ALOT of players
The game is the same as always killer sided low mmr, survivor sided high mmr. And a system like kills doesnt even show how well people played, getting 2 kills can mean 0-10 hooks.
Too many variables, alot of changes to adjust to.

Only if you stop using CAPS :P
And I mean forever, even in standard sentences!

Thank you. A wonderful thread.
I would love to know Kills PER KILLER in each MMR-Region.
I can imagine, that a lot of killers are unpicked in the Top-Games.
They should look at the stats in the top, at the picks of each killer and balance them around these.

NEVER!!!
I like caps, it can highlight key points. Plus everyone looks at the caps because they're looking for those juicy arguments lol

Yeah I always like those, even if it's just to see which killers are played especially as I haven't seen half the roster in what feels like a year.
Probably have to wait for their year streams for those kinda stats sadly

Got me into the topic....I CANNOT TELL A LIE!

Yes, absolutely. These are very broad numbers, do not use them as the basis for your arguments. They do not have enough detail for that.
I would also love this, but just to set expectations realistically, this is becoming increasingly more difficult to do, so we likely won't be able to share those types of stats as frequently as before. Between the number of Killers in the game and such a granular scale of ratings, showing how each Killer performs at each rating range is a very tall order. That's before we factor in things like regions which play a very heavy role (Self-Care in today's stats being a prime example). So I wouldn't say never, but you'll probably see more focused stats like these ones that reflect on something that was changed rather than everything in the game.

Can u have a look at the killer-pickrates in high-/medium-/low-region?
Its maybe an indicator for balancing. Also if SoloQ gets some informations, the killrate would be drop in total, i assume.

We have access to all sorts of highly detailed dashboards that allow us to see things like that, don't worry! The issue is trying to display all that info at once. Our internal dashboards are interactive, so we're able to filter for just the things we need (e.g. How is X Killer doing after this recent buff?), but that's not possible in a JPG. There'd be so many lines overlapping that it would become practically unreadable.

Thank you very much for sharing. Have a nice evening.

Since when did you guys start actually caring about balance?
2 -
Thank you devs for posting here, that was very kind. I apologize for anyone ignorant enough to not appreciate the insight.

Kill rate doesnt matter when killers want Entity sacrifices the last 2 survivors after they tunneled out the first 2.

Am I supposed to react to this or? I don't know what your plan was in telling me that

This is in another topic I saw days ago

Still not sure why you're telling me this

Several killer mains here were in a recent thread stating that they believe a good way to deal with the last two survivors trying to hide from the killer would be an auto-sacrifice for anyone alive after the second survivor dies on hook. It seems C3 is referencing that argument to illustrate what killer mains here perceive as balanced gameplay mechanics as a critique.

Can you please give us Killrates per-killer past the softcap?
1 -
See that makes sense. It was weird how that point was just dropped on me without telling me why it was brought it up. I was incredibly confused

Stop using hard data as a way to inform and enhance your arguments guys. Just trust BHVR. lmao

Frankly I'm getting really tired of posts/comments like that. I hope what I'm about the say isn't rude, I'm just trying to be honest here.
It's a single person. "Killer mains" this and "survivor mains" that, or just negative comments about either side. It's cool to make light of things, but you can tell when something feels driven by negativity. It feels more like you just really dislike a certain side over some dumb idea you see someone post but you treat it like everyone else magically agrees.
Like can we really stop labeling people or/and generalizing people over a single person's awful idea? It just really feeds into a lot of the community's issues, it doesn't help anyone, it just divides things further, and it just extends further into the community because I see a lot of people do it and it's just gets really old super quick.

Well, "several killer mains" hardly encompass any more then a few deluded and salty crybabies. I assure you, MOST killer mains, and not just "several who attended that thread", enjoy a fair match. Contrary to popular beliefe, a "match starting with all survivors on hooks" wouldn't be very exciting. Without Slippery Meat, Salty Lips and Up the Ante, a lot of matches wouldn`t even proceed beyond the start, where would be the fun of that? Or is it again that "certain killer mains don`t want a challenge, they just want easy wins"?
Sorry for being so snappy, but this kind of generalisation, on both sides, helps no one. There are always duchebags on both sides and there are always wounderful people on both sides. If you can't play with friends you roll the die every time and then cringe at the results.

With all my respect.
Wouldn't it be better, to use all those statistics that they have at hand, and although it was in a difficult way, could it be said, analyzed, and correct the problem in a direct way?
It is good to focus on other things as developers, and that they have a lot of work in other areas, but we have been trying to find the balance for a long time, and although we are getting closer every time, we never reach a perfect state. Even though all regions always have some small variation in what is strong and not in the game, Killers like Nurse or Blight always stay on top, in most regions in high Mmr, or medium Mmr games. high, premade mid-high Mmr, Survivors with Prove Thyself, Circle of Healing, Off the record, it holds one of the strongest perks, and Prove Thyself, a lot of people use it, and it hasn't been tweaked, nerfed, or changed, so that it does not give such a wide benefit.
Why not solve the problem, and focus on nerfs and changes to medium high Mmr? Difficult or not, there is always a pattern, and something must always be repeated. I hope you answer my question, thank you very much for reading.
And one more question I have, and that is, why are there constantly 100% BloodPoits in the game? I don't think the level of Survivors is extremely lower than that of Killers, can they put additional Killer BloodPoints as well?

Number isn't even that different, it's not even 10% increase lol
Balance difference is miniscule, only noticeable change is perk variety and que time balancing.
0 -
Average kill rate increase of almost 10 percent seems pretty clear cut.
When are you going to acknowledge solo queue, devs?

If you guys put that information out there showing something as basic as pickrates on perks, those perks then get nerfed... What are players suppose to think? Especially with the perks that were already known to be in an ok spot.
