Thoughts on desperate measures?
Ever since botany knowledge was buffed to 50% this perk has felt redundant but I wanna see other thoughts

Mediocre on its own imo. Needs other things to be worth a slot
If you want good healing speed, Medkits/Botany outclass it but paired with them, it's decent.
Increased unhooking isn't super good at low values but at 2 injured survs, the faster unhook also helps apply things like BT/Guardian so it's not completely useless. Even helps with camping, a bit
The unhook speed can be huge when it's paired with something like No One Left Behind or Leader but that's a very niche interaction

I say buff the numbers even more. It should be like a reverse thanataphobia

Double its values for unhooking speed, to combat camping. Then it can have a special place.

Meh, if I have to heal someone else I bring We'll make it. If I have to heal myself I bring inner strength.

it is pretty good with botany knowledge but its not enough of threshold for 2 perk slots. I'd say you need around average of 100% healing speed for it to be worth 2 perk slots. maybe if the number were like 14/16/18%, player's might use it. you would get permanent we'll make it that works with self-care. Nostalgia moment.

It’s decent, but I wouldn’t mind a small buff to the unhook speed (not the heal speed).

If you notice your whole team is injured all the time for some reason, put it on.

One of the best perks in the game imo. Use it along with botany knowledge and you'll feel like you have a permanent med-kit.

So like 2% increase in healing/unhooking speed per injured survivor and give it a boost when everyone is injured?
That does not sound good

I do like it. You don't get the medkit drawback from Botany and the unhooking speed was the deciding factor against a STBFL killer more than once. But it could use some buff since it's so situational that it's rarely worth it. Not necessarily to the healing (though pushing that from 14 to 15 would probably not hurt. - Or go the other way: make it a lower percentage at base but every health state counts, so every downed/hooked survivor gives you twice the base speed). Adding a flat unhook bonus would male it slightly more competitive but not sure if that's ebough to give it a competitive edge.
