We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Any way to see unlocked perks from before the overhaul patch?

I'm still seeing sharable perks that I unlocked from before the new prestige system, appearing on blood webs (even though I haven't prestiged the characters that have them). I'm guessing if you unlocked a sharable perk the old fashioned way, it still can appear in blood webs like it did before (even without prestiging).

But is there a way to actually see which perks are available, so I don't bother prestiging characters that I've already unlocked perks for? I'm trying to collect all the perks.

    Every teachable you had pre patch got converted into that perk being tier 1 and levelable on all killers. If you somehow managed to get a duplicate teachable (buying a perk in the shrine then later leveling the killer to the level to buy the teachable) you get it tier 2,
