How is Exhausted on the ground still a thing for DH

How after this long am i still getting exhausted on the ground from dead hard. 2 times in 2 games back to back they start the attack, i start the animation, and then i go down and im exhausted. How has this ######### not been figured out.

    Because the Devs wanted to nerf dh, and now it's nerfed. Will they ever fix it? No, we need to buff killer more, obviously

    I use dh when ever I play survivor. If you didn't know it has about a 10ms startup time. Even vs laggy killer's where it's most finicky I have never been exhausted on the ground so I imagine it's your internet.
