Chaotic and crazy perk buffs + reworks to actually shake up the meta

disclaimer: This will only be the tier 3 versions, obviously T1, and T2 would get buffed as well to similar values

Killers:

A nurses calling: extended to 48 meters (was 28)

Agitation: Increased movementspeed to 25% (was 18%)

Awakened awarness: reverted the change, aura will now lingerie again

Bamboozle: vault 35% faster (was 15%)

BBQ chili: reverted + terror radius based instead of meter based (If a killer has 16 meter terror radius it will be able to see anyone outside that range)

Beast of prey: Activates if you been in chase for 10 seconds (no longer requiers bloodlust)

Bittermurmur: extended for 16 seconds (was 10)

Bloodecho: Removed the cooldown

Bloodwarden: Active for 80 seconds (was 60)

Bloodhound: Pools of blood are shown in bright red color for 10 seconds (was 4)

Brutal strenght: Increased to 30% (was 20)

Coup the grace: gain token from hooks instead of gens completed

Claustrophobia: Active for 60 seconds (was 30)

Dark Devotion: Effect is up for 50 seconds (was 30)

Darkness revealed: Increased to 16 meters (was 8) aura increased for 7 seconds (was 5). cooldown increased to 45 seconds (was 30)

Deerstalker: Increased range to 48 meters (was 36)

Discordance: Removed the meter requierment

Dragons grip: cooldown reduced to 60 seconds (was 80)

Dying light: stack is now 4% per hook (was 3%)

Enduring: Reduces ALL stuns instead of just pallet stuns, includes flashlight saves, Wiggle offs, head on and DS now.

Furtive chase rework: Every time you hook a survivor you gain a token, each token reduce terror radius by 4 meters, there is no token cap, every time you are pallet stun you gain a tempoary token for 45 seconds. Every time a generator is completed furtive chase will be deactivated for 25 seconds.


Grim embrace: Remains active for 65 seconds (was 40)

Hangsmantrick: Wwill see survivors that are near any hook by 16 meters (was 4)

Universeal hex perks buff besides haunted grounds: All hex perks effects will remain for an extra 30 seconds after being cleansed/blessed

I am all ears: reduce cooldown to 25 seconds (was 40)

Merciless storm: Activates once the gen has reached 85% progress (was 90%)

Monitor and abuse: reduce terror radius by 20 meters whenever you are outside of a chase (was 16)

Play with your food: gain 1 token if you hook the obsession

Spies from the shadows: Survivors will have their aura revealed for 4 seconds whenever they disturb a crow.

Stridor: Increased the sounds of grunts of pain by 70% (was 50%)

Survelliance: reverted the so called "bug fix", The gen will forever be highlighted in white even when it has reached 0% progress until someone begin working on it again.

Territorial imperative: Will always activate whenever a survivor enters the basement no matter how close or far the killer is.

Tphobia: Reverted to its patch 4.3.0 state, (it will now affect healing speed and be 5% per injure)









Survivors:

Aftercare: Only 1 random survivor aura effect disappear if you get hooked by the killer (was everyone)

Alert: Extend aura timer to 7 seconds (was 5)

Any means: remove the cooldown

Apprasial: you can use all your tokens on a single chest

Autodidact: Gain a token if you fully healed someone

Balance landing: Reverted the nerf, reduce stagger at all times even when the perk is on cooldown

Better then new: survivor action speeds are increased to 24% (was 16%)

Blastmine: Reverted the changes

Bond: Increased to 40 meters (was 36), aditional buff, survivors within 20 meters from you will now also see your aura (open handed will increase this)

Botany knowledge: reverted back to its original state

Breakdown: killer aura is revealed to you for 10 seconds (was 6)

Breakout: carried survivors wiggling speed increased by 30% (was 20%)

Buckle up: Survivors 20 meters within your range now crawls 20% faster, they can also recover while crawling as long as there are within your range

Calm spirit: removed the interaction speed penalty

Counterforce: Totem aura is revealed for 8 seconds (was 4)

Detective hunch: you will now also see the killer aura every time a gen is completed

Diversion: Can stack up to 2 tokens (was 1)

Head on: stun increased to 4 seconds (was 3)

Iron will: no longer deactivates if you are exhausted

Kinship if another survivor is within 24 meters of your hook it activates (was 16)

We are gonna live forever: reverted the changes

Decisive strike: Buffed to 4.5 seconds (before nerf it was 5 seconds, the current state is only 3)

Vigil: You now recover exhaustion while sprinting but only by 5%, it will be increased to its default value when just walking/standing still/crouching

Wire tap: Now works with open handed



Some of the current meta perks would most likely get a nerf or 2 due to this, but I think it would be fine
