Legion as a jumpscare killer (terror radius change)

I played a few games as legion today and to be honest its as ######### as people say.

Survivors can just rush gens injured or run to hooks without the danger of getting caught, because you either get looped forever with 110% ms or just get a few hits with frenzy, get stunned and looped again until you get the power refilled.

So what if legion had no terror radius outside of frenzy (like ew1 daddy myers) but slower movespeed(105?), it could give the killer what he needs, just hit everyone with frenzy and then search for them and get a surprise hit and hook.

    105ms with no terror radius or red stain is far better than 110 with 24m(16 with M&A), so its just 110 and injuring everyone and then going for chases with a 110ms killer or 105, injuring everyone and then trying to get surprise attacks while theyre healing or doing gens but whatever seems like u cant say ######### here without people trolling xD

    I like no terror radius but 105% movement speed? Myers has 103% movement speed in EW 1. Can you imagine that ALL game? Myers is FAR better than Legion.l and Myers has trouble if only in EW 1 all game. Legion would just be a laughing stock with a 105% movement speed. Maybe a 105% movement speed when not in a chase and a 0 terror radius. In a chase it should be at 115% movement speed.
