Dear BHVR...
So I wanna watch DBD and then when I watch it I see many streamers not playing dead by daylight because of cheaters ruining their experiences. So they are not playing DBD until you fix the anti cheat. There is a lot of cheaters that target other content creators like YouTubers, fog whisperers, and even twitch streamers.
Its time that you fix this damn bug or else DBD will be dead unless you fix it. If you ban a hacker they also have alts too.
It's finally time for these people to be heard and I wanna see that anti cheat to get fully developed BHVR. The cheaters are ruining the content creator's experiences, and we need these fog whisperers to do these videos or the game will be dead.

Why not have an AI that will measure and monitor all objects in the game and flag anything abnormal ? It will know how fast everyone is running , what abilities people use, which perks they have etc..
Cheating should become near impossible with a server side detector like that. All possible instances of cheating that people have complained by now would have been detected hours before players even got to blink.

What?

Well it's a huge problem that the game doesn't have any ingame cheat detection and only relies on EAC

Nah they gonna release another Feng cosmetic first. To show us how much they really care...

I've literally given up at this point. They're not answering anyone on this other than telling us to report the player in game and send a ticket on their website with video evidence. I quit playing last week, and I think everyone should follow suit. There's no point in playing a game rampant with cheaters and no response from the devs, not even a mention that they are working on it. If the devs can't communicate to the community that it's simply being handled, then why should we continue to stress ourselves out playing the game with cheaters.
Also, there are really good anti-cheats out there, and I'm not sure why they aren't being utilized. Some developers even have teams dedicated to finding and resolving cheating in their games. For a game that has so many licenses with major franchises like having Sadako, Freddy, Myers, ect... You'd think they'd put game security first and foremost. But I guess new content is more important? We'll never know because the devs won't be open to communication with their consumers. So as consumers, we shouldn't have to keep spending money to keep the company afloat and definitely not waste our time using a product that has a HUGE security issue on its hands.

I very rarely encounter cheaters, I have maybe 3 times in my 4 years of playing. Depends on the region I guess, idk where these people encountering all these cheaters are playing but, I never see them.

Play something else.
Nothing is going to change or be fixed as long as their are players out there willing to give them their whole paycheck(s).
This is how the game is going to be

I mostly cross paths with players with TTV in their names on both killer and survivor, thus there's bound to be a cheater in the match. I'm in the USA and most are usually subtle cheaters until they're caught and then they go full throttle. If I had to guess, I'd run into at least 1 cheater a day if I was to play daily. I quit playing last week after running into 3 in a row which I believe was the same person although not sure why they were matching with me, another survivor, not streaming. But they used the same name and outfit. Who knows. It's probably region and who you're playing with/against.

I'm in the U.S. also, so idk. I've started recording my matches just in case though.
