Twins will be completely annihilated with base-kit unbreakable
With the next test mid-chapter dropping probably next weak with the base-kit unbreakable change, Killers that rely on slugging to use their highest potential will be much weaker, but there is one Killer that will be literally unplayable if they're not changed in time.
If you want to use Victor as The Twins, you have to slug, there isn't a way to not slug as the Twins (well, if you want to play Charlotte only and only use Victor as a radar, then I guess there is, but c'mon). So I think The Twins need some huge updated and actuall thought put into them before the update goes live someday.

they need an update anyways, this is a win-win.
The Twins are only good at the least favored things in the game, slugging and camping.

While I whole heartedly agree with this update, I do believe no killer should rely on slugging. Hopefully they rework killers such as the Twins sooner than later.

I see only to add an option to hold/grapple on downed survivor and keep him from moving and recovering, and only other suvivors can get him off.

They won't. They need to increase the cooldown nonetheless.
