Who are the best users of Dissolution?
I am thinking about trying it out on Trickster but I am not sure about it. I wonder why Killers would be worth running this perk.

Imo Clown and Wesker. Both have powers that are good at dealing with survivors who try to leave the loop meaning you force them into a lose-lose situation of either play the pallet and die or leave the pallet and die.

Or be on Gideon and play every single god pallet the entire game...Wesker especially.

WESKER.
I have been using it on Wesker since he came out and it is legitimately an amazing perk on him. The amount of bullshit situations you can put people in is insane.

Update: Just played it on Trickster and they send me on The Game map.
Number of times Dissolution did something that match: 0.
So on Trickster it is a pass.

Trickster might not be too bad. But his slow movement speed might make it difficult to force value out of the perk.
In my experience, the 20s of Dissolution is really not that much when you look at the distance survivors can make after losing that first health state. You end up just making the decision of "do I greed this pallet?" for the survivors, and it usually works in their favor.

Can you give me some build with that perk for Clown & Wesker? Wanna try it out.

So for Wesker I've been running Dissolution, STBFL, PR and Bamboozle. I'd recommend Gold Chalice and Lion Medallion, you want damage states as often as possible.
A lot of times you can get a hit near a pallet, the Survivor vaults it once and you vault after them. There's normally not enough time to make it to another pallet before you catch up. So, they either vault the pallet and get downed, or hold W and get downed.
It is a feast or famine perk. Some matches it will literally win me the game, others it won't do anything.

I thought that that was that Sewage perk for this post...lol

Most killers can get good value from it, mainly Hit and Run killers, Wraith and Sadako do super well with it. Killers that slowdown survivors and force them into vaulting pallets can also put in a lot of work, like Clown (but not Freddy because of the Oblivious status messing everything up).

The perk shines on any killer who can get an injure on most loops, so the antiloop ones basically twins, deathslinger, artist etc.
But it's also good on high mobility killers as you can catch up to them faster after the hit meaning you have more time to force a pallet down/break before the timer runs out.
But the perk can work on all killers, some just easier than others but dont forget you dont have to go after the person you hit, the pallet will break for anyone who fast vaults so this can help with people who body block near a downed pallet.
I personally love it on stealth killers, usually an easier 1st hit and then after they cant vault a downed pallet making my next hit easier
