Why should I use Green Herbs when I can simply use VCD?

As you may or may not know, VCD (Video Conference Device) is the add-on that increases the passive infection gain by 70%. Meanwhile Green Herbs increases the infection gain by grabbing/hitting a survivor by 30%. According to my calculations, Green Herbs is only better if you can get multiple grabs on the same survivor.
