Not at all. It's literally time played, which does not necessarily equal skill.

I am proof that time played and devotion level do not mean anything about how well you play.

it says a lot, i would never play with no prestigie players but i will with people at level 9 or above, and tbh that little rule has proven me right WAY MORE OFTEN than not.

What's the point of devotion then, btw? It's basicly just a multiplier for Shards.
And it doesn't matter how high your level is, it just shows playtime, only for yourself.
