Make the game more dynamic. With the ability to heal while moving the devs can create a few more perks f.e. that go against this feature or more

    Self-Care Buff:

    Keep wack slow speed if they want, but

    Gain the Self Healing Action while Walking.

    Survivors have access to many ways to quickly heal, they don't also need to be able to heal and move. Part of the risk of healing is that you are vulnerable and being able to move would completely negate that.

    That said, there are some options that do this.

    Renewal: 20 seconds after unhook, heal a health state

    Anti-Hemorrhage Syringe: Heals a health state after a delay that is based on your healing speed. Single Use and conusmable

    Only if it was tied to a perk that you would have to equip that heals you gradually over a period of time. Otherwise, someone already mentioned the insta-heal after a certain amount of time methods we have that work fine.

    Healing is something that you should do while you're safe. Move to a safe location, then heal. Otherwise you're making yourself an open target for the killer to come back to you. Even if its a "heal while running from the killer" that'd be busted/you wouldn't be able to patch up much progress while stressed.

    No thanks. Unless you make the killer WAY more busted to counteract that....
