Why does the so called "community manager" only advocate for stuff that benefits survivors?

She thinks the known flashbang bug should be a permanent feature.

Not only that but she advocated for color blind mode because it personally affected her but she wouldn't advocate for reducing the strobe effect caused by survivors rapidly clicking their flashlight or the noise. She knew it was an issue but wouldn't speak up about it.


Isn't a community manager suppose to advocate for both sides not just one or the other?


She claims to be part of the dev team but she didn't have a hand in creating the game or anything like that.


You can't tell me she didn't know the strobe effect was an issue because not long ago there was many topics about it yet she wouldn't ever say anything.
