Are Bloody Party Streamers and Flans broken?

I've noticed this be a consistent issue in 3-4 different games now - they don't provide any bonus bloodpoints.

Take a look here for example. In this game, I used a Bloody Party Streamers, a survivor used a 106% Flan. I only received the 48k from the base game bloodpoints and event interaction bloodpoints.

Survivor Puddings from what I can tell seem to work fine, but I'll update when I test it next

Update: Survivor Puddings seem to work absolutely fine

    You can see it in the loading screen too, BP offerings fly off to the corner instead of burning, just like refunded map offerings

    Nothing says DbD like bugs - especially about giving everyone extra BP during the game’s biggest seasonal event.

    I just assumed that you couldn't stack BP offerings that affected everyone with the Arcane Dousing Rods and they forgot to mention it in the event offering's description myself. I've been able to net 50-65k in BP in my killer matches with the event offering and throwing on Distressing and Thrill of the Hunt, even with all survivors being able to escape in the end.

    I have seen streamers and flan fly away instead of being used up, so hopefully they're being refunded at least. I'd just recommend using the dousing rods while they're around.
