One annoying thing about this game.

I've always found the laggers / people with bad internet connection to be very annoying in this game, doing a normal pallet stunn no, you are instead hit, doing a well timed DH, no you are still hit.
They are somehow 1 second ahead of what is actually shown, is there nothing you can do to fix this?
If bhvr dont want to answer, is there anyone knowledgeable about these stuff who knows why this is a thing in this game?
