New Chapter: Man Eater - A Hannibal Lector Concept.
New Killer: Dr. Hannibal Lector, a.k.a. The Psychiatrist.
The Psychiatrist's Power is "Red Dragon".
Primary Power: Intellectual Vanity; Dr. Lector was always one step ahead. A man whose intelligence is beyond anything that one could comprehend. For the entirety of the trail, Hannibal can sabotage certain objects that Survivors could interact with. Each trap placed by him gives a variety of negative effects, including the following:
- Sabotaged Generators - Inflicts the Blindness and Deafness (Muffled Hearing) Effect for 30 seconds, after failing a difficult skill check, it also blinds them for a brief for a second for an effect. Blast Mine can triggered after a sabotage, sabotaging generators cannot trigger Alert.
- Sabotaged Chests - Gives off a loud noise notification letting Dr. Lector know of whereabouts.
- Sabotaged Vaults - Place a board with nails on the vault, giving them the Incapacitated and Exhausted Effect for 5 seconds.
- Most Simple Ability - Hannibal can pick up AND drop pallets. And he can do the same with chests, just for a touch.
- Another Simple Ability - He can also move one Survivor from a hook to another, does not apply as a second hook. Wiggling will be slightly faster.
- A Somewhat Simple Ability - Lector is able to lock Survivors inside lockers after finding them in one.
- Hannibal can only sabotage 4 things at a time.
Special Power: Maneater
- Hannibal the Cannibal can sense the various aromas carried by unsuspecting Survivors from a mile away, for a brief 5 seconds when within his Terror Radius. This can only be activated by tricking survivors into hurting themselves.
- He can smell the blood, oil, and wood that comes off of them, a rather earthy yet delightful scent.
The Psychiatrist comes with three new perks:
- Scourge Hook: Anagram:
- Your anagrams are showing. After placing your first Survivor on a Scourge Hook, ALL Survivor's perk loadouts are mixed up with one another after 10/5/1 seconds, and it continues to do so whenever you hook a Survivor. When cleansed, it will reset to your default loadout and give back the perks you brought. Survivor's that carry the same perks or have none, they will either be given empty slots, have perks added, or they will stay the same.
- Hex: Captivity:
- Survivors get to understand what it's like to be held captive. When activated by downing your first Survivor, Survivors cannot be unhooked at any compacity. When a Survivor gets close to a hooked companion, the Entity is inclined to block the hook from being interacted with, lingers for 5 seconds. The struggle timer is paused for as long as the hook is blocked. The Hex's aura is revealed to Survivors within 60/48/32 meters. Switches to a new location every 20 seconds whenever a Dull Totem is still standing.
- Temptation:
- When a Survivor reads an aura, it bites back at them tenfold. Whenever Survivors read an aura, they are unable determine what it is. When revealed, the aura is a different shape than what the item actually is. (For example: if it were to show an aura of a generator, but it's actually a toolbox carrying it. This includes the auras of the Survivors and the Killer. If you were to see a floating chest, you have to determine if it's a killer or a Survivor.) The auras of items are moving auras are decreased by 2/4/8 meters.
New Survivor: Clarice Starling, a student of the FBI who manages to track down the alleged cannibal Dr. Lector, but they both ended up in the fog.
Agent Starling comes with three new perks:
- Boon: Screaming Of The Lambs:
- Hooks within the Boon's range are affected. Any hook unused will break and stay broken for as long as the Boon is lit. When already in use, that hooked Survivor will be given a 3/5/7% increase in Luck. When snuffed, the hooks within range automatically reset.
- Item: Tracker:
- After repairing a generator for up to 33%, hide in a locker to craft a tracking device. Place it on any interactable item to come back for it later. The lifespan of the Tracker continues for 80/120/160 seconds. Placing it on the killer cuts that time to 10/20/30.
- Item: Airsoft Pistol:
- Even if it isn't lethal, it would still cause major damage in the facial area. Once per match, you are given an Airsoft Pistol provided by a Supply Chest. The Supply Chest will only spawn if you're on your last hook and if you're the last one standing. Shooting the killer in the body will stun them for 5/6/7 seconds. Aiming for the head with stun the killer for 10 seconds. You only get 3 shots.
Potential Legendary Skin:
New Map: Either the asylum at the beginning or the jail at the end, both where Hannibal was held captive.
