Why are these the only killers (maybe trapper too) that don't get any brutality points from using their power even when they directly injure survivors?

Would love to hear an answer from the devs because it seems inconsistent to me.

    I dislike it, too. Artist always has significantly too little brutality when playing her. Making playing her a cost to my potential bloodpoints earned.

    I also do not know why they do this as it is not consistent with other killers at all.

    They still haven't learned since Plague and the chainsaw killers' emblem problems from back in the day.
