Call of Brine too strong for solo que?
The Generator regresses at 150/175/200 % of the normal Regression speed and its Aura is revealed to you.
- Each time a Survivor completes a Good Skill Check on a Generator affected by Call of Brine, you receive a Loud Noise Notification.
Just a nightmare to deal with most of the time. Ive taken to running rookie spirit to help see where gen regressions are since almost every killer runs that perk. But ive seen so many gens go completely to zero when almost complete. It almost feels oppressive if you dont have teammates who can find the gen in time

Call of Brine isn't bad on its own, since it can be countered by being stealthy or repairing in pairs so that you can tap the gen quickly. When comboed with Eruption and/or Overcharge, though, it becomes nightmarish - gens get completely deleted if you can't return to them immediately and you'll waste loads of time unable to do anything useful.

Combined with Eruption or overcharge it can be nasty but by itself while annoying I wouldn't consider 2 strong

Honestly, it's biggest advantage is the info it gives. The regression is good, but it is no different than old Ruin, which was arguably much more oppressive. Eruption is probably worse for solo queue, but honestly none of the gen kick perks are really terrible to go against.

Call of brine is fair, it's an extremely dumbed down pre-nerf ruin, which we had to deal with for over TWO years

Call Of Brine... does the most Gen regression in 60 Seconds... taking away 30 charges in those 60 seconds
By itself it takes 4 minutes and 46 seconds to totally regress a Gen
How is a perk that increases Gen regression to .50 for 60 seconds OP
But yes I do understand how the notification can cause problems... But does it still work once the 60 seconds pass or is it always in play
Cause if it's always active then BHVR needs to remove it from Call Of Brine and put that on Surviellence

instead of looking how many generator are getting regressed, look at how many survivors on your team are progressing generators. you can beat the perk by having a single survivor on generators the entire game. As long as single survivor is on a generator entire game, you outclass the perk.
survivor progress gens at 400% speed and killer only regress it at 200%. the perk is a little bit like trading progression on 1 generator for progressing another generator. killer perk only lasts for 60 seconds. 2 and 3 survivors on generator far outclass the regression that this perk can do in isolation.

The notifications function for 60 seconds, after that it stops. But they can be active on multiple gens at a time.
I think that combined with the extra regression is a little much, honestly. The regression speed is fine on its own, but stacked with overcharge it starts to get out of hand. I think overcharge on its own is more fair because it doesn’t give the killer information unless the survivor misses the overcharge skillcheck.

Yea.... Fair enough
So why don't we remove that dumb (Phrase I can't type) skillcheck or at least make it work like a normal skillcheck
And Remove the Information part of Call Of Brine and put that onto Surviellence

Yeah, CoB isn't disproportionately strong for solo at all. But I think eruption absolutely is.
And old Ruin was the strongest of all, new or old.
