The blood prestige cosmetic effect was a toggle option for all skins, weapons and clothing? More customisation can't hurt, and seeing how easy it is to prestige nowadays, possibly bring back some value to the blood effect.

So, their art department is supposed to create another version of all skins for free? That is not likely to happen.
