A survivor attempted to rescue me, Kate Denson from a sacrificial pole but a bug in the system caused the characters to loop and would not allow the survivor to unhook Kate from the sacrificial pole so, the rescue attempt repeated on a loop and the Survivor smashed multiple times into Kate as well as the spider legs from the top of the sacrificial pole until the survivor stopped the rescue attempt.
