Trickster shadow nerf?

I started playing Trickster exclusively for about 2 months, daily. For about 3-4 days he has just felt extremely off. 1. His run speed seems way slower now when throwing and 2. the sensitivity while throwing seems to have been slowed WAY down. I didn't see anything in the patch notes about this but I know BHVR has done shadow nerfs in the past so I don't put it past them. And before you say it, no I wasn't running the shoe addon and "ran" out (haha little joke for you, almost as funny as how bad Trickster is atm)

    I haven't noticed anything different personally and I play him almost solely.

    What shadow nerfs did they do (that weren't bugs) because I can't actually recall any?
