Why is Joe Sagging

Why is Joe (the "Devil-May-Care" Legion cosmetic) Sagging. His power is that he breaks into a sprint and can vault over pallets and windows very fast. When your pants and low on your legs you cannot do that. There are so many videos out there of people running while sagging and just falling flat on there face. I dunno if anyone feels the same about it but, the fact that he is sagging makes the skin a whole lot worse.

What do you guys think? Am I just nit picking for no reason or does anyone else feel the same way?

    I think you are overthinking the cosmetics. However far as Joe pants, it is not sagging. They are drop crotch joggers
