I thought since he´s a licensed character he cannot get any skins.

    Depends on the license holders whenever their characters get cosmetics or not.

    As for NetEase,sadly there's sooooo many exclusive skins tied to it,and some of them are really good.

    He can. You have skins for myers, Bubba, pinhead and so many others with skins. It really depends on people who let them use the license

    Really confused about the steampunk aesthetic. Why. The chapter's leitmotif was the ocean and storms.

    It looks like Sadako got some, too.

    DBD NE is owned by a separate company that makes separate deals, but the fact that Ringu was willing to let them make those outfits makes me hopeful that they'd allow further collaboration with mainline DBD.
