Can't get Iridescent Devout emblem

Currently it is impossible to get Devout Iridescent, hooking all survivors only gives 60 points instead of 80 and because of that you can only get Gold emblem in that category. It counting as I only kill 3 people while I actually killed all 4 of them. In the images below I did actually got all 12 hooks and even managed to get iridescent in everything else except Devout
