Wesker's Ultra Rare addons
Are pretty good. I played with both of them and both of them are usefull. However that addon that everyone starts infected (-2 full sprays technicaly) + that exposed effect is very strong.
I would say that exposed one is better for sure than breaking pallets. Also if someone gets fully infected and then they remove the infection, if you are near you can just M1 for fee down. I had Survivor trying to hide but it didn't worked for them.

Iri Vial is kinda nuts and quite frankly, might need to be toned down. I'm not sure though. I think the exposed effect is redundant a lot of the time since fully infected survivors can be instadowned anyway, but in situations like what you described, yeah it can be useful. But I think the addon is more powerful for the information you get at the start and the equivalent of 2 spray cans being gone at 5 gens.
Lab Photo is very good too but it's balanced for an ultra rare.

I had quite a lot of success using Hoarder with the expose one, and is my must have perk whenever I use that add on. People just don't move away to use the spray, so by the time you heard the notification and arrived there, the survivor has just finished spraying in your face. And if he did go away, you will hear the killer instinct soon enough and probably not far too
Without Hoarder they usually hide extremely well in my games I feel, and I usually not get much use out of it
I haven't used the pallet one since they changed Weskers hitbox, but back then it was extremely inconsistent and just sometimes didn't work for me. I should give it another try

Notice that if your team reach to no spray in game its really sucks.
