Well, guess Legion is gonna stay slow

Developers stated any movement speed increase would make Legion overpowered..... *sighs heavily*

It would make him overpowered. Imagine pig with an instant lunge that could vault pallets and stayed at a constant 115 movespeed. Thats what you'd get.

On the plus side, they suggested making Billy's chainsaw apply Deep Wounds, so people stop complaining that Legion is underpowered.

I guess this is the way of their thinking: mend shouldn't be affected by healing perks, so we'll nerf other killers.

Okay I might be stoned to death for saying this but this new buff to him sounds really good if I didn't misunderstand it.

If you stay injured, you will take 3 hits in frenzy mode to go down. Since the first two hits are almost free, it will make you go down with 2 hits while allowing you to vault windows and pallets with increased speed.

So, either the game is gonna take forever to finish due to healing or you take the risk and not heal yourself.

Still boring to play against him but we should wait till they introduce this buff.

Pig can still down survivors with her power however so that's a bad comparison.

They pull that level of bullshit and the game will be uninstalled by me and many others I am sure.

Sure, and while they're at it remove the second charge of Nurse's Blink. Jesus crunchy Christ.

Not stoned to death, but there are two changes: the first being as you said, injured players hit with Deep Wounds having a lower timer than if they were healthy. The second being, if Frenzy is canceled, it doesn't take away the unused portion.

The first change is good because it makes Sloopy Butcher a viable perk choice and helps a slow killer slow down the game a bit. Lord knows there are already enough perks that are worthless on them.

The second just makes sense, not to punish Legion for breaking Frenzy and to give a reason to do it and play smarter with them.

A change they should make, if for no other reason than the current mechanic makes absolutely no sense, is non-Frenzy hits not draining his Frenzy meter. It doesn't matter if the survivor is injured or not, has Deep Wounds or not: a normal hit completely drains their Frenzy meter.

When they're already hampered by the slower movement speed, and because it largely doesn't help them down a survivor to strike a healthy one with a normal hit, there's absolutely no reason to punish Legion for making it by taking away his Frenzy.

The penalty for remaining injured and getting hit with Feral Frenzy is still too low. No one is still going to be healing against him. I don't even think having a half a Deep Wounds timer for being injured would be enough to make people heal including myself. They also still need to remove that absolutely stupid drain of all your power bar from doing a normal hit. It just makes no sense at all.

People really be out here thinking making the Billy saw not instadown would kill him and acting like the primary contributor to his being the second best Killer in the game isn’t  his inexcusably high map pressure with little to no downside.

Deep Wound is complete Bullshit and the fact that it's not affected by Healing-Perks makes it even worse.
Why don't we put Deep Wounds on every power and make Killers hit 5 times to down anyone, while were already at ######### over the game..?
