Can we buff premonition please
I think we should buff or rework premonition to be just as good as spine chill. In my opinion the thing that is holding it back is the massive cooldown. 30 seconds is too long for an effect that is decent.
To buff it I propose we lower the cooldown to 10 seconds and make it only activate if your on the same elevation as the killer. This will limit false alarms from the perk. Do this and I feel it will be great. Probably not as good as spine chill but still a viable option.

If not in chase + Your camera faces toward killer in 32m = Perk activated and remove your scratch mark for 3sec.
Cool down 30sec.

That's good too but I think that effect should work on chase too

I think that may be super annoying to killer. It should be an easy escape from Gen patrol, killer approaching (as it is now), than to be in chase.

I guess but the cooldown is still a bit of an issue because this perk has a lot of false positives that make it go off. It's made even worse if the killer is on a different floor
