Was this skin blacklisted?
Why was system smasher Nea never released? It was from the 5th tome UNLEASHED. I know it's been said that skin release 6 months and after but many skins from the same rift already released. And not the mention the rifts counterpart skin Sunday Slaughter for Hillbilly already released which was arguably way less popular than Nea's. I feel like this skin got black listed. Is this true can someone confirm? I just want to know to stop getting my hopes up. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it now the oldest original rift skin to not be released? It's been over 2 years since its release and I highly doubt its been forgotten since Nea is one of the most popular survivors and actively gets new cosmetics.

It's certainly not blacklisted as in not available, since I use the hair of that one for my Nea outfit. I would think it's just an oversight.

I really doubt it was an oversight since Nea is so popular and there's been multiple people before me asking about this skin. I feel like they're not releasing it on purpose.

Hopefully they'll add it sometime?? Who knows. The process of adding old rift skins to the store is very mysterious (and seemingly random).

Some old rift skins just don't get released, it's not a guarenteed thing. Dunno why though.

And yes you can do it without the license, you just have to make them free.

This is a nice skin! I saw that head once and really wanted it, and searched the shop w no luck. Still hoping they’ll add Jane’s pink hair cosmetic one day too 😔

Exactly, no one talks about Bill skins. He has his default outfit, his prestige outfit 1 jumper and 1 hat. 8 total pieces.

Yeah, i hope they release his rift skin to the shop, i missed two of the pieces.
But still i dont believe you can do them without the license. What the people in this thread are saying, is that giving them away freely is obligatory for obtaining the license due to the opinions of the license holder
