Possible safe area when playing survivor
When playing a game as killer on Eire of crows I was unable to hook two survivors who were up on the second floor, they had unbreakable, buckle up, boil over and sabotage. and evetime I failed to hook them they would run back up to the top of the corner. I am just posting this to the forms to determine if it truly is a safe spot or I was doing something wrong. any help would be appreciated thank you

Nothing you can REALLY do in that situation besides slug, if survivors don’t want to be picked up they don’t have to be. Go after the other survivors and leave them up there.

Which results in them getting picked up for free. Survivors have such dumb perk design.

Some maps have this issue, particularly if the survivors have a perk loadout specifically to avoid hooks. That map is one of them. It makes matters worse when an artificial hook dead spot is created due to sacrifices, which is an old mechanic that hasn't been removed from the game yet.
As previously said, bleed them out and/or make other survivors waste their time coming back to heal them back up. You miss out on hook points, but dead's dead.

it wouldn't be a problem if slugging was rewarding for killer and punishing for survivor forcing it.
