So how do you actually get rarer items in the bloodweb?
When I first started playing this game back in June before the prestige update, the word was that the more you prestiged, the more you would find the rare and ultra rare items in the blood web.
Now after the prestige change I’ve got several characters at prestige 10-20 and I’m still only seeing mostly brown and yellow items.
Then I read that it depends on your devotion level as you keep leveling up? I’m currently devotion 4 level 69
Can someone explain this to me? Seems that between numbers 1-20 in the web I pretty much get brown and yellow stuff. Once I hit 21-30 I get more green items if I’m lucky. Once I hit 31-40 I might find a commodious toolbox and then 41-50 I find party streamers, an escape cake or a purple lens. Rarely though do I see rainbow maps, rainbow or purple keys, purple med kits, Alex’s toolboxes etc. I might get one of those every 1-2 prestige levels.

That's the neat part: you don't.
The rarer items usually showed up in bloodwebs beyond 50, but since they force you to prestige and start over now, you'd have to reach P100 to consistently get rarer stuff.
They've said they're gonna fix this eventually though I believe.

so all the stuff they said before about finding more items in higher prestige levels was crap then?

before this prestige update. technically it didn't count beyond 50 but you could still continue without prestiging
