On the team based rating

Okay, just so I get this right:

For each teammate that escapes:

You gain more rating if you escape

You lose less rating if you die


For each teammate that dies:

You gain less rating if you escape

You lose more rating if you die

Wouldn't that mean if the killer plays nasty, the survivors get punished harder?

edit: this kinda feels like the issue with pips: Why does one lose a pip for getting tunneled out of the game, respectively people killing themselves on first hook/dcing (sure, people can have legit reasons for that, but it shouldn't punish the killer player if they played fair)
