You're thinking of DBDLeaks not LeaksbyDaylight. LBD hasn't posted information that hasn't already been leaked by DBDLeaks in like 2 years.

That would be awesome. The base nerfs never made any sense in the first place and it's obvious there was some infighting at BHVR about it. There's no other way an official statement of "we're happy with the killer, survivors like him, now here are the nerfs" gets put out

I had always hoped for a return of Skybilly, but I will definitely settle with a Seabilly for now. You might laugh, untill you consider all the weird shark sightings in the game. Hah! Who's laughing now?

I dont think devs will do something about Billy anymore. Billy got nerfed 2.5 years before and devs never touched him again despite all of the community complained about his nerf.

Free Billy was a hashtag meant to spread the idea of playing Billy for a week or so, simply because he's such a beloved killer. I believe the implications of this tweet are that the next free Billy event us December, rather than any (needed) incoming buffs.

I mean, there is nothing coming in early December anyway. The Chapter should be around the 22nd, if they keep their regular Schedule. The only Patches in early December would be Bugfixes after the Chapter-Release and during Bugfixes are usually no big changes.
Let alone that this is just some random guy posting something.

Thats not happening. Especially in December. The devs literally said on last dev update patch that its the final DEV patch of the year. The next one is in january. Dev updates are the only patches where they change anything dealing with characters base gameplay

If the changes dont include something like : total removal of the overheat system except when using the saw around hooks then it won't matter.
