Same reason why killers can repeatedly hit survivors on hook or let them bleed out on the floor while nodding at them.

What is it that you wish BHVR did? They added EGC so they couldn't stall out the game forever.
Personally I just walk away and let them tbag each other. You can also chase them out if you don't want to wait.
It would be nice if some members of this community could win with some grace but whatcha gonna do?

Survivors bming at exit gate has nothing to do with anyone saying they are entitled to a 4K.
If survivors want to justify their bm at exit gate, just slug out the last survivor. It's the same time wasting bm.

B/c its a multiplayer game and you shouldn't be so sensitive.
'Why is this still allowed?' sounds like you want it to be bannable or punishable via BHVR involvement.
I'm sorry but if teabagging is that bad for you, stop playing multiplayer games because that is essentially a crumb of what you can face in PvP games.

Now honestly, what is it so infuriating about survs t-bagging on gates?
I mean, in a game where:
you can encounter hackers frecuently.
players can lock another players in certain places for hours.
Killers can force surv to be 4 min bleeding out on floor.
DCs and killing on first hook everywhere.
Something like a t-bag feels like the lightest of thing that could happen

And I feel the same about nodding and hitting on the hook.
Tbh, before I learned about it here I wasn't aware that nodding was considered toxic, as well as the appreciation slap when someone goes to the hook after a hard chase.
But in a game were a bully squad can make your gaming experience one of the worst, something like hookslapping feels like the lightest of things that could happen ^_-

Why is it still allowed? Because if it wasn't T-bagging it would be Pointing, if it wasnt pointing it would be head shaking.
In the end, people will find a way to BM, it is not that deep.

Just don't engage with it. If you know a surv is sitting in the exit gate to give you a toxic little send off, then just walk away and go bash some doors and any dropped pallets you might have left for stress relief and a few extra BP. They don't get their sad little funnies, their time gets wasted and you do something productive for a few seconds.
Also I did this once against a toxic seal team 6 swf after a particularly bad game as doctor, and saw them creep back in to find and hassle me. Turned a 0k game into a 2k because they ######### up big time 🤣
Injured 2, got 1 on hook. InjureD guys left, and the super toxic flashlight saver who'd specifically stayed in my sight line to teabag me after each of the 4 flashlight saves they'd managed? I insta grabbed them trying to unhook and slapped them straight on for 3 free hook phases.
Now I'm not normally toxic but that one? They got smacked on hook and nodded all the way up into the entity's clutches. Super satisfying.

I was about to say, running 2-4 gen slow-down perks is a perfectly valid build to bring to counter gen repair speed builds, toolboxes and maybe even sabbo squads. Like it's comparing apples to oranges.

Whenever I see BM from survivors or killers I just remind myself that kids play this game. It's the simpler explanation

Had a 1 player from SWF teabagging like crazy at the gate yesterday. Landed a crazy long shot from Deathslinger and secured the kill. That was a pretty satisfying moment lol

Dude you're probably just a bad killer , some of the people you're calling a survivor main are actually more killer sided , you didn't run any perks to help with slowdown or anything and you expect everyone to be bad at the game, you deserve the tbags and I hope they do it again with your attitude

TBH i've never seen the bad manners in "tea-bagging" , survivors have a limited means to emote , to me it appears to mean hello / goodbye / excitement & thanks , never seen the difference between survivors doing it at the start to each other , or after being healed, to doing it before they leave the match . When I see it at the gate i ,generally, take it as a "thanks for the fun , cyas"

Hitting on hooks is kind of obnoxious, no reason to do it. There’s nothing wrong with “stacking perks” or “tunneling at five gens” though, that’s just trying to kill survivors.

I strongly question your reading comprehension, because I'm not sure what this actually has to do with the topic.
That isn't what it means, but if you're reading it that way, all the more power to you - you're getting the best out of a dumb situation.
Tbagging is contextual. If someone tbags another survivor at the start of the game, they're saying hello or maybe saying something like "same character!" If an injured person comes up to you and tbags, they want a heal. If they tbag after the heal, they're saying thank you; same if they do it after an unhook. Tbagging another survivor after a gen gets done is something like "yay, we did it!" If a survivor tbags a downed or hooked survivor a couple times, they're being silly; if they keep doing it instead of saving them, they're genuinely angry at them or just being a dick. You'll also see angry tbagging if you're doing a bone another player doesn't want you to do, you get a save someone else wanted, etc.
Tbagging the killer can be friendly or silly, but doing it from a safe position without any prior friendly communication established is pretty hostile and it's meant as a taunt. Tbagging the killer can be used as a distraction and a "go after me!", especially when someone is being tunneled or is on death hook, and doing it after a pallet might be a "stay on me" as much as it might be BM. But spamming tbags at the gates is pretty unanimously meant as a taunt and sore winning, especially if those survivors won't leave until the killer chases them out.
It's not a hard rule, but when you're not sure, tbagging once is more respectful and mashing the hell out of the crouch button is usually more of a taunt.

I find it funny when the killer nods or hit me on hook tbh, probably because its a rare ocasion. Meanwhile tbag you pretty much see in at least 50% of your matches as killer, and probably like 90% of the matches you lose and you go check them at the gates lol.

Most do it as BM. You are correct though that it's one of only a few means of communicating, but there's really two ways most players use it - rapid tbags, or one slow crouch while facing the killer. The latter is usually a 'thank you' tbag.
I had a game tonight where the killer alternated between two survivors, no matter how much me and another survivor tried to bodyblock and take aggro. Killer just ignored us. End result was 2 dead and 3 gens to go. I finally get first hooked and decide to let go because the game is lost, and I see the 4th survivor's aura slink into basement and start giving some slow tbags while facing my direction as I died. I still have no idea whether they were thanking me for giving them a shot at hatch, or saying 'f*** you, die' lol

Intent is needed... and it's hard to come by... unless everyone is in a party
Just remember that these are people playing the game (for who knows how long per day)
Gameplay fatigue can set in after the first match or 5-10 matches in... all depends on what happens

Survivors are not entitled to escape every game.And they are also not entitled to tell killers how to play.If killers want to camp ,tunnel or slug than that’s fine.If you chose to play with bm or toxicity don’t be surprised when it comes back to you….Why bother,survivors just dc at the drop of a hat anyway.
