Ash is, canonically, great to smoke weed with. I may be biased, but Cheryl would be great fun, too.
As for killers, Artist would probably get really deep and profound when she gets high.

The Hag is a no brainer. Listen to how raspy she is, you know she grows that good stuff plus how trippy would it be to be talking to her on one side of you then you look away and she teleports to the other side of you.

For Killers: Susie as long it was Susie of the 'I don't really want to hurt anyone' lore and not the 'Susie kills everyone' of cosmetic descriptions.
For Survivors: Anyone except Yun-Jin who seems like she would be insufferable. I'd prefer Mikaela or Kate but Yun-Jin is the only one I would say no to.

I dont smoke weed or do drugs, but if I did my choises wouldnbe Legion and Trickster.
Like outside of their lore, Legion is just a group of extremely messed up kids. So if it wasn't for the whole "killing" thing, I'd assume that weed would be a big part of their deal. Not to mention, they're artists or at leaat the creative types, so a bit of weed would help the creative juices flow.
Trickster would be pretty fun, he'd be able to get his hands on some pretty high-grade stuff. Again, as an artist he'd need something to help loosen him up so he can create "art" (as long as I don't become part of his "art" lmao. XD)
