Loading in as a facecamping bubba

I saw a post awhile ago wondering where the facecamping bubbas went. I never play as bubba so I thought I would honor him by playing him just to facecamp. Please tell me your favorite or most hated bubba match stories.

all hail facecamping bubba

Oh I certainly play normal on killers. I always leave the hook the moment I hook someone. If I do chase someone and they go directly to the hook for an unhook, I go for the unhooker every time. But I’m doing it purely for the meme, as well as changing my steam name to show I’m just memeing. No need to be serious. I usually produce a fun play style and also get compliments from survivors saying I was the only killer for them that night that didn’t camp and tunnel.

games aren’t meant to always be serious

You could call it trolling instead. Just to goof off in the name of the dying off play style. I usually always play the way survivors hope a killer will play. Leaving the hook. Going for the unhooker. Letting someone go if I just found them but they were the person that got unhooked. I don’t bring gen slowdown perks ever. My builds are usually anti healing. Bla bla. I too, have been facecamped by many bubbas and never done it myself so it seemed fun to try one match for the sake of ridiculousness.

Right? It’s the only appropriate killer to be facecamped by haha every one else has no business

It's definitely not a dying playstyle if you're in the pits of low MMR hell as survivor. πŸ™ˆ

Honestly, I get "accused" of tunneling and camping occasionally on every killer. Because I dare to hit someone trying to bodyblock me with BT and because I don't leave the hook when it has 3 people around it and all gens have been done. πŸ˜‚ But never happened as Bubba, I've had the same experience as you quite frequently and had survivors thank me for playing Bubba "normally". πŸ˜…

Well, we loaded in and finished a gen. Someone went down and everyone saw him insidious camp with kindred. We left them on the hook to die and finished gens. Another person went down, we finished the last two gens and got a two out. I think the highest bp was like 14k and the lowest was 1800. Everyone depipped.

    Fun and engaging.

idk, but I'd say 1/4 Bubbas is a fc Bubba.

Now, usually I don't even mind too much if Bubba is doing some hook-entertainment. You know, doing the raise-arms-dance together and stuff like that. It's not often a meme I asked for but one I'm familiar enough with to not get rage-y over it. --- There are times where the timing could not be worse though - because I have some challenge or kinda just want to get that stupid pip. But alright, I'll get over it.

There are fun fc Bubbas though; if they find someone who wants to be chased they chase them until they get downed and usually don't sweat it too much and usually don't go for the first down they could get but rather try and get that chainsaw down --- and after a good long chase they decide they want to keep their new friend. And usually that's also sth the hooked is alright with.

So yah, that latter kind of chase-y Bubba is actually pretty hilarious (not least because one of the people I often swf with really loves Bubba and quite literally runs into his arms to get chased and his happy like some three year old who got a new toy).

A few months ago, I played a game of basement chest protecting Bubba. The survivors all came down and offered me their items in return for the basement chest. I still had to kill them though for touching my stuff. To my surprise they weren't salty at all, just sad they couldn't find out what was inside the chest.

I only facecamp as Bubba if I’m doing a basement build, which is rare. I usually play roaming Bubba and won’t facecamp (though I may patrol near hook depending on the map). I try to avoid tunneling too but I find unhooked survivors for whatever reason try to protection hit their saviors. πŸ™ƒ

Against a Bubba? Yeah, that's smart, you keep taking an useless protection hit while I'm going down anyways, lol

I sometimes think that like if survivors see me playing β€œnice” they wanna take advantage by doing foolish, reckless things; i.e. the off-hook protection hits.
