Anyone else suffering from stuttering in game?

My Internet is completely fine, any other game I suffer absolutely no issues, I swear this all started after the last update of October when the haunted by daylight event was ending. Since then, no matter what I do Internet wise this stuttering in my running as survivor or killer walking just persists. It's extremely irritating.
