    When unhooking yourself with the last possible attempt, the hook healthbar will progress far enough to make the game think you were in phase 2 (the other half of the healthbar) when you got unhooked.
    A.k.a. the game thinks you were unhooked in phase 2, resulting in phase 3 on your next hook.
