How does the Entity pulling Vittorio into the realms automatically mean he is somehow over 600 years old and has to wear modern clothing?
The could have kept him in medieval clothing and still have him as a thirst trap.

I completely agree!!!!!!! Even his artwork from the lore entries had him in a medieval garb, then he releases and he's got nothing of the sort we can use! Really disappointing.
