We need voice chat in SWF
Like whats the point of crossplay if I have to use other device to talk with my friends, most crossplay games have a voicechat (fall guys, overwatch, smite, etc) this is the only game where I have to use discord to talk with my friends, also I have to decide between listen to the game or my friends, please devs, this is a need for console players

Don't console players have a party chat when they play together? I might be wrong, last console I played on was the PS3

Only if everyone is on the same console, TC specifically mentioned crossplay.
We're supposed to be getting Discord on PlayStation at some point.

Oh yeah, you're right. Then I hope you guys get that voice chat when you play with friends. On PC there's no need to get it since we have text chat, but on console it's probably more necessary

I'd imagine Discord will make its way to consoles in like, the pretty near future.
Until then personally I've used some really scuffed solutions, like using Playstation Remote Play to join PS party chats with my friends while I'm on PC for other games than DBD where the in-game chat option is either missing or just plain bad. It's a weird way to do it but it just works 😄

Tbh what we really need is VC for solo q more than SWFs.
Atm xbox and PC players can use discord while playing on their respective platforms. Playstation is supposed to be getting it soon too. But even without that you can still run discord on a phone or laptop alongside your gaming setup. A little inconvenient because you have to sacrifice either the quality of your game or chat audio with only one headset. But it works.
Hell i have a SWF I play with sometimes that uses facebook messanger group calls for chat while we play lol.

I have headphones with the game audio with one ear uncovered, then one earpod with discord from my phone. 🤣
