Uncapping FPS

I know this gets asked a lot, but I would like to ask and see the most recent responses, because a lot can change in a couple of years (when most of these questions were answered) and I was wondering if it is bannable to uncap the fps from 60 and cap it at 120. I imagine Behavior wouldn't ban me directly, but has anyone ever been banned by EAC because of it? (Also side question: Me and my friends use the same computer on different computer users, and if I somehow got banned, would they also be banned from playing dbd due to it being the same computer?)

    Uncapped frames is whitelisted along with reshade and the ability to still play on stretched res without the vertical advantage to get better FPS.
