My friend tells me that this is definitively a bug and that they have addressed this somewhere, but I checked patch notes and Twitter, and I can't find it anywhere.
Have they addressed this at all?

They have confirmed it's a bug and are looking into the cause and how to fix it.

If you think you're being fat shamed you should see the knight. Oni is twice his size both length wise and width wise and I feel he fits through things easier than Knight. He's thicc af yet I feel knight gets fat shamed much more than him.

Yeah he feels overly big. Even his weapon swings get caught sometimes on random objects on certain corner objects that are normally fine on most killers.
