Quick and Quiet buff idea
So it's an OK perk but It's not viable like some perks like Alert or Sprint Burst. My idea to buff this to make it a good perk is to remove the cooldown on tier 3. Something similar happened to Alert and it's not overpowered right now but It's certainly not trash anymore. I think Quick and Quiet would become a great mindgame perk and would become viable. The numbers would look something like this:
Quick and Quiet I - 10 second cooldown.
Quick and Quiet II- 5 second cooldown.
Quick and Quiet III- No cooldown.
I think this would make it a great perk since when I juke the killer, I'm kind of stuck there until 20 seconds on tier 3 but with this, you can use Quick and Quiet and Dance with me to escape the killer. It'd also be solid by itself anyways.

I highly doubt survivor mains would even swap one of their perks for Quick and Quiet. People would get used to the locker jukes and it would be underused still. Stridor would become meta cause u can hear their breathing. Plus killer mains adapt to things like this within a day.

That would be pretty broken and will make mind games for the killer an absolute nightmare. As the killer you will never know if they faked jumping the window or if it was q&q, and on t wall loops, infinites, killer shack, lery's etc it's going to be a pain in the ass. There would be literally no reason to not run it and would make slow vaulting pointless. The perk is fine as it is.Wait read my response to @The_Crusader it highlights how it wouldn't be OP.

I think some of its biggest flaws are scratch marks not making it viable as a juke mid chase. I'd like if when you activated it, it would erase the last couple seconds of scratch marks. Right now the silence is quite pointless as for it to activate you were running and then they see the scratch marks end right in front of the locker, making it pointless.

Far too powerful in my opinion.

I'd rather get out once the killer has left as quick as possible and peace out.

I would be able to constantly speed vault pallets and windows with out any penalties, it doesn’t need a buff. Players just need to get use to not playing with “Viable” perks. Quick and quiet could be very useful in certain situations.
Perks are a tool, and it how you use the tool to get the desired results.0 -

I just think the cooldown is a bit much honestly. Maybe reduce it to 10 seconds then? So it wouldn't punish you so much.
