What is it about events

The last three days of my killer experience has been the worst it has ever been! Every game has been the same bs every round. BNP, PT, HF, DH, COH, PE, all stacked up on all four survivors with an instaheal somewhere in there and some bs map offering like Badham or Eyrie. Why do these events just turn everyone sweaty? I am actually just trying to chill and not sweat, and it is the most frustrating thing. It has been three days nonstop, and survivors say killers are the sweaty ones. jfc

I think because of the time of year more people are winding down and playing games so of course that means lots of SWF players. Generally SWF's come in with a plan and will bring map offerings etc...

I only play solo these days and honestly I escaped 1 out of the last 5 matches and that was barely. I am not seeing offerings or sweaty stuff either

Its been every round for me. Its so unbearable that I might just quit dbd all together. There is no fun when gens barely last five minutes game after game and its always eyrie or badham or garden

Rank reset is coming tomorrow, so many people on both sides are playing super sweaty to try and grind those last pips needed to rank up.

There's been a couple of threads already about killers being sweaty/unsportsmanlike during the beginning of the event, I'm not surprised there are similar threads about survivors. It's a wicked cycle.

Hopefully as the rank reset comes and goes, people will chill a little. I remember the beginning of the Halloween event being really sweaty before rank reset, but quite chill going forward.

It’s because you either stomp or get stomped. When my friend and I brought a meme build with head on, we lost 10 games in a row because the killer would resort to camping and tunneling when we were winning and there was nothing we could do. When we switched back to our meta build, we were escaping almost every match.

As a survivor, you have no way of knowing how the killer will play. So you have to bring your sweatiest gear to prepare for a sweaty killer

Well doing gens = tons of event BP so the gen rushing thing is kinda understandable. And lots of people are probably coming in to enjoy the event and get the rewards and time done, so SWF numbers are increased.
