Anybody managed to get Glacial Strike done?
Glacial Strike: hit a survivor while they are hiding in a snowman.
I haven't seen a survivor in a snowman, ever.

Yeah. Got it first try as I had survivors jumping into snowmen during chase, actually have gotten those occasionally in more than one game..

Forfeit your match and jump into a snowman yourself and mess around in it. Eventually a survivor will join up.

Pretty much assume you'll lose the match, but jump in a snow man and start memeing. Don't try to attack the survivors and eventually they usually will hop in their own and start memeing too. Give one of them a slap and job's done.

Took a while, as soon as I equipped this challenge every survivor I encountered was a serious competitive one.
Even when they did get into snowmen, they'd burst out when I came within 10m.
Had to throw about 5 games by doing nothing but snowman dancing to score it.

I was jumping into snowmen but I was the only one so I just stopped. We had one farming killer who messed around, thinking back on it he might have been going for that challenge. Honestly, just stand near a snowman and maybe make hitting motions towards it when you see a survivor. If I saw a killer doing that I'd jump in.

Yeah, but I didn't feel too good about it. I started just playing a bit more serious and one of my matches I had a survivor on death hook waddle up to me in a snowman and I just popped it and put him on hook. It was that stupid Thanos moment of what did it cost me.

Yes, I started by walking around in a snowman for three gens. They weren't interested so I decided to play nice and only hook twice. I carried a kind survivor's dying corpse over to a snowman and dropped them several times in front of it. They were kind enough to oblige while their buddies opened the exit.

I almost feel like that challenge was created with the old snowmen in mind where taking hits was encouraged.

I’ve probably done it 20 times lol. Survivors hop in snowmen in the middle of chase all the time for some reason.

They have same archive about getting hit being in snowman. Done mine occasionally too.

as survivor you get 1000 bp if you get hit in a snowman. if the chase is over anyway, just jump in and get bonus bp.

there is no point in getting into a snowman as survivor
you guys keep saying oh comp derp derp Im a dumb killer
but most of us are solo q players, only swf mess around with the snowman
there is no reward in hoping into a snowman until endgame to escape with it for more BP

Honestly I played normally for a few hooks, made sure not to kill any survivors and just as the last gen was done jumped into a snowman, memed about until the others were in snowmen and then..uhh..miss clicked hehehe

I actually hid in a snowman and the killer lost me :-)
And yes, messing around in a snowman, spinning in circles or pointing at it and hitting is enough that sooner or later a surv jumps in.

This is the result of survivors not getting an extra health like last year. A very welcomed change even if getting the reward is more difficult lol.

Not entirely true, ive had survivors break line of sight and use them tactically like lockers, or set them up so you can sneak to them and hide when the killer shows up at your gen.

you know you don't have to sit in the snowman the entire game to escape with it right?
they infinitely respawn and there's a bunch, you can just get out
and if your aim is to escape with one you can just wait until endgame to get in one

That was the point. Until EGC (when you can escape with it for bonus) there's no reward in hopping into snowmen.
Actually there is a reward. If you get hit while in snowman you get +1000 bp. So if you are going to get hit anyway hopping into snowman for that isn't bad idea.

I use snowmen sometimes if I'm trying to stealth.
